The application form consists of four sections:

Part 1. Personal details

Part 2. Additional documentation to support your application

Your application must include:

• an up-to-date CV
• any relevant supporting documentation
• your most recent appraisal which sets out objectives and line manager comments

Part 3. Criteria for Promotion

In this section you should aim to give a full but succinct account of your achievements set against the stated criteria. You must not exceed 450 words per criterion.

You should refer to the Academic Promotions Process Criteria doc to support completion of your application.

Part 4. Personal Circumstances

You are encouraged to provide information here if you wish to draw to the attention of the panel any personal circumstances which have impacted on your performance.
