What is the Women Professors Network and what do they do?
Supporting the development and progression of women academics
The University Women Professors Network is for all female academics at Professorial level. Established a couple years ago, this network focuses on women’s progression, and have worked closely in supporting the Women Academics Network (WAN) in terms of career progression. In addition, it has a fundamental role for the University’s strategic mission and proactively consults on issues of gender diversity. The Women Professors Network meets regularly throughout the year and holds bespoke events.
The Women Professors Network is a dedicated space for LJMU staff who identify as a member of the Women Professors community.
