Start-up funding opportunity for new student businesses

The LJMU Start-up Hub is excited to announce that the new Bathgate Boost award is now open!

The £500 award is designed to support students to launch or grow their fledgling business. Sitting alongside this funding is a package of support from the Start-up Hub team built around developing your start-up and skills as an entrepreneur. 

Tom Strodtbeck, Start-up and Enterprise Consultant for the Start-up Hub said: ‘We’re delighted to partner with the Bathgate Group to be able to offer this award to students and recent graduates. Along with support from the Start-up Hub team, this award will help recipients in the early stages of their start-up journey and give them a better chance of ultimately running a successful, viable business.’ 

The award is open to all current LJMU students and new alumni who graduated from LJMU during 2023.
