Our staff conduct high-quality research across a wide range of foundational and applied topics. From psychology to neuroscience, they bring their expertise into the classroom. This helps to connect teaching with the latest research and keep learning current.

Many of our staff hold postgraduate teaching qualifications or are currently undertaking them. Our team also includes Senior Fellows of the Higher Education Academy.

The School is also home to the Research Centre for Brain and Behaviour (RCBB), which conducts world class research.
