Data Protection Statement

By sending LJMU personal details on the accommodation request form you are consenting to this information being shared with the owner of your allocated accommodation for the purposes of completing your booking. The tenancy agreement for your accommodation will be provided by the owner and not by LJMU. All personal information will be used by LJMU in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and for the purposes of student accommodation administration.

Information on the form regarding a disability or medical condition may also be passed in confidence to LJMU's Student Advice and Wellbeing department. If you do not wish this information to be passed to Student Advice and Wellbeing, please indicate this on your form. However please note that this may affect the support that the University can offer you.
